Our Process
Similar to your in-person event, meeting requests are sent and confirmed in the same manner and on the same timeline. As meetings are confirmed, a conference line and video link is provided to the congressional office for them to call into.
We have an internal library of conference lines and video links to utilize, so there is no extra work or requirement from you, or Capitol Hill, to make this happen.
Meeting information is accessible through our exclusive online database with 24/7 client access, providing total transparency.
Individualized schedules are distributed to each advocate and can be viewed online through our award-winning Online Platform.
Advocates receive automated email reminders two days before each meeting.
You’ll receive master lists of every meeting sorted by state, time and whether the meeting is with the legislator or staff person.
We provide extensive post-event follow-up, as well as final meeting report.
